Sacred Lotus Seeds are an alchemical ingredient collected from the Sacred Lotus plant. The Sacred Lotus is found in many bodies of water (both fresh and marine). Look for it along the rivers of Cyrodiil and along the seashore of the Gold Coast and Blackwood. It can also be found in fountains and ponds of cities and towns.
