Smuggler's Cave is a cave beneath Anvil Castle in Anvil. Although it appears south of the castle on the map, it is, in fact, on the same island and lies beneath the castle.
It can be used as a hidden entrance to the castle. This cave has a door on it with a very hard lock.
The Thieves Den[]
With the official plug-in The Thieves Den installed, this cave serves as the entrance to Dunbarrow Cove.
