Tandilwe is an Altmer who is the Master Speechcraft trainer. During the day, she can be found in the Temple of the One in the Imperial City Temple District. She offers training only after every beggar in every City except Kvatch has been spoken to.

- The game's subtitles do not include the second part of the speech and Tandilwe's mouth does not move properly when she talks, so that seems to be a problem of audio editing (The voice actor did not like the first try and did a second, but it was forgotten in the editing process and was kept in the game).
